We give you ALL the facts with which you can determine your own answers. It looks like the Washington D.C. case against former President Trump for his actions on January 6 will still go forward. This came after the Supreme Court sent the case back to Jude Chutkan in D.C. It was thought that she might toss the case based on the finding of the Supreme Court that Trump had broad immunity from prosecution because of the immunity identified by the SCOTUS.
