Treasury Secretary Bessent is confident that our tariff process will proceed, predicting that SCOTUS will reject the activist judge's opinion that stated Trump's implementation of the tariffs is unconstitutional. Trump's team will certainly file an emergency motion to be heard quickly at the top court.
