Hey friends! I stop by just to say hi and wish everyone a happy holiday and new year. I share my thoughts on the Israel & Gaza conflict and talk a bit about the growing problem of unhoused people in Chicago.

I talk a bit about attachment theory and read excerpts from several articles on secure, anxious and avoidant attachments.

Husband, father, dancer and former DJ of the Ellen DeGeneres show took his own life and it reminded me that people are dying everyday to suicide. It made me think of how difficult it is to just be yourself, let alone have to tell people that you've been thinking about taking your own life. I'm not saying tWitch wasn't himself, I am sharing with you some of the thoughts that came to mind. Like many others, it also made me reflect on who I am and how I want to live my life. RIP Stephen tWitch Boss.

In this episode I talk a bit about the benefits of self affirmations and did you see Ye fka Kanye West on Alex Jones' Info Wars?

I recorded this episode after I confronted myself about experiencing jealousy, sadness and betrayal. This self confrontation reminded me that I've recorded over 30 hours of podcast episodes but self doubt caused me to stop and if I could confront myself about feeling jealous, sad and betrayed then recording this episode would be my way of confronting my self doubt. 

So in this episode I address how I've been feeling about a loss of a friendship. I also touch on the benefits of the mental health therapy I've been taking with the help of Coffee, Hip Hop, & Mental Health and I vent about several other topics.

This episode is very special to me as it is the first time I have a guest and if you've been listening then you're aware that I've wanted to do this for a while now. I get to talk to Casino about his music studio, what he means to me as a friend and we talk about decapitations, toe nails and other subjects that might have you scratching your head or reflecting on the meaning of life. Hey, it's been a month since the last upload so today we're back at it with more opinions that no one ever asked for. Managers at a Tyson Foods is accused of betting on when their workers would catch COVID and in Chicago, Mayor Lori Lightfoot denies knowing of email an email she got regarding a bet about the teacher strike that was happening in out city. You surprised by this news? I'm not. I also touch on a new topic regarding the world of comic books but mostly the world of people who shout out, "snowflake" and "soy boy" at people. It's about a comic book titled, "I Am Not Starfire" and I think the reaction to the comic book is an illustration of people literally judging a book by it's cover. Thanks for listening!
