Let the second half of Season Three COMMENCE with the first #ToBeHeardTuesday of February! And, after we spent the last couple of months identifying our childhood wounds, the root of our struggle, and maybe even some unhealthiness in our hearts, we can't help but ask the question...
NOW, WHAT DO WE DO!?
Tune into today's episode to start the journey of finding out the answer together! Don't forget to keep up with @tobeheardpodcast on Instagram for more resources, and stay connected with me over on my website at ayanasymone.com.
Prepare for an AMAZING month!
Well, listeners! The "Finally Free" Series is a WRAP after today's #ToBeHeardTuesday! And, to close us out, I'm sitting down with a leader who has tapped into a level of freedom we ALL want to access as well:
EMMA MAE MCDANIEL!
Emma is the author of both "Be Loved" and "All-Caps YOU," a speaker, a Youtuber, the host of the "Have You Heard?" Podcast, an entrepreneur, AND a Live Original Sister Ambassador! In our conversation today, we talk about grace, the importance of staying rooted in God's Word, and not letting your struggles define you. As someone who has learned a lot from Emma, I believe you can learn a lot from her too in today's #ToBeHeardTuesday!
Be sure to stay connected with Emma for more of her life-giving encouragement over on her Instagram @1corinthians13_love, and let us know in the reviews how this conversation helped you today!
THANK YOU for hanging out with me and my friends this past month in January. Our freedom journey will continue next week with a brand new #ToBeHeardTuesday! You'll hear from me then!

Happy new year, listeners!
"Finally Free" is a four-part series, where I'll be inviting four of my sisters and friends on to talk about what God set them free from, battles they've faced, lessons they've learned, and healing they've undergone over time to convince you that a free life is possible! And, our first guest to kick off this series is my good friend, Heather Savonne!
Heather is a faith-based blogger, singer/songwriter, worship leader, and Youtuber with a great story to tell. And, for the first installment of the "Finally Free" Series, I am honored to have her join me in this can't-miss conversation! Be sure to follow Heather on Instagram, Spotify, and Youtube! And, get ready for a great new month right here on To Be Heard Podcast!
So, you have your resolutions, you've made your bucket list, you're prepared for the best new year ever...as you should be!
This is exactly what we'll be talking about for the last #ToBeHeardTuesday of the year! In the case that this upcoming year is filled with things we simply aren't ready for, there's a certain passage of Scripture we can always refer to to help us move forward.

After praying all the prayers and completing all the fasts, I came to the end of myself in January of 2021. And, it was when I hit the peak of my frustration is when I began asking God the question that was stirring in my heart all along.
"Why do we fast in the first place?!"
Low and behold, the answer was found in Isaiah 58, and on today's #ToBeHeardTuesday, I wanted nothing more than to study together! So, go ahead! Press play. Let's see what God has to say about fasting. And, be sure to leave a review if this episode brought you some clarity.
Thank you in advance! You'll hear from me again next week.
Jesus was the healthiest man on earth. Wouldn't you agree? He walked through everything we talk through and still remained confident, true to Himself, and most importantly, He was humble. After talking about a huge component of a healthy heart on last week's #ToBeHeardTuesday, I'm introducing a topic that can heal every wound and set us all free:
Humility.

Last week on the podcast, we all heard something that NEEDED to be heard:
God created us to be HUMAN BEINGS.
Which means we feel, we think, we have emotions. That's part of being a healthy individual! But, on today's #ToBeHeardTuesday, I'm taking this conversation a step further by discussing another component we CAN'T miss if we're going to be healthy. You'll have to tune in to find out what I mean!
Be sure to follow/subscribe, rate, and leave a review on To Be Heard Podcast wherever you listen! And, follow To Be Heard Podcast on Instagram @tobeheardpodcast.
And, that's a wrap for this season's #ToBeHeardTuesdays for the month of November! Crazy how quickly time flies, right!? But, as we close out this month by continuing to move forward in our freedom journey, today, I want to talk about a spirit that sets us FREE!
That's right!
And, for those of you who feel like your feelings of anger, sadness, grief, heartbrokenness, and other not-so-pretty emotions such as these means that the Holy Spirit left you, I've recorded today's #ToBeHeardTuesday to prove you wrong. You'll have to press play to hear more of what I mean! And, be sure to follow @tobeheardpodcast on Instagram for more helpful resources for your freedom journey with the Lord!
