I have loved watching the role modeling provided by Alex and her work within Human Design for many, many years. This recording was such an exciting moment to connect and receive her wisdom and story of life. The 6/2 profile so easily shares the clarity found in the moment of presence, that living from that space brings us into our differentiation over and over. It’s not about ‘correct decisions’ or figuring it all out. It’s in the surrender of the unfolding that we receive our Truth.

A more universalized application with this conversation might be found within the inner parent/child dialogue with the self, as well as, the creative acts brought to life by this binary from inside of our psyches.

24/27 - is about sitting in contemplation with your individual inspiration to watch what naturally emerges for you to nurture the fullest expression of your energy

The present energetics are very collective and observing the dark parts and shadows of our history. This channeling is about how we apply this awareness of shadow into a stable and heart centered knowing of what our own energy needs to succeed and flourish ourselves and those around us! This energy is about getting brutally honest about how we can continue to perpetuate the same cycles of oppression we see in the collective inward upon ourselves and thus onto our loved ones as byproduct.

Medicine for this energy : observe our shadow and inherited stories with love, look to the environment for clues of observed shadow, admitting the truth of what no longer serves, sitting in contemplation to allow what naturally emerges to find florescence from within, finding what already nurtures us inside our environment, talking to loved and trusted ones.

In this episode, I am joined by Jasmine Nnenna to contemplate, discuss and deliver love notes of what God is/means/feels like.

It was a beautiful discussion around relating to God inside and outside of religious structures and that these structures can help to support or separate us from our relationship to God. Ultimately, the transformation occurs in the ways we can begin to reimagine what it all means for ourselves outside of external expectations.

In this episode, I sit with Vaness Henry in conversation about her work in the Wellness Club (an online member space filled with personal wellness tools). I share my experience with an Inner Expedition from the Wellness Club called “Demon Hunters” which brought forth awareness around my work in the world and the people in my environment that help support that vision.

Vaness shares her personal story through cancer and illness as a teenager and the ways that guided her into a shamanic path and how she’s stepped into and answered that call.

We recorded this episode during Black History month and Vaness shares her own process through Supremacy work alongside her family and friends.

In this episode I reflect on the month of February and the energetics of polarity and my own personal work of reclamation. There is so much grief held in the tension of opposites and learning to work with that energy, instead of resisting its friction in our lives. As a 6/3 profile (and for any other transitional profiles) how our experience of that role can at times feel dissonant and not….harmonic. How can we hold the contradictory needs of the mind and body without negating an entire spectrum of potential experience? Of course, when we lay down the experiences that cause us more dissonance there is space for more of what we’re here to hold. But it doesn’t stop the mental chatter of “What if?”.

I pull from the Motherpeace tarot and speak on the 8 of wands to guide me towards the lesson of this polarity work, alongside the Etherea deck for where in the body and life this lesson occurred (51- the heart) Which sort of spoke to the context of an internal alignment with desire that brings about an external manifestation and expression of self accordingly. An arrow being loosed from the bow, and the heart of our being shifting its aim alongside our deepest dreams.

Because of this integration, commitments of the heart fell away that highlighted egoic themes, my tribe, and the reciprocity within my environment or lack thereof.

In this episode I interview Nic Strack, a 4/6 generator (for the HD nerds). We chat about the process of deconditioning from parenting norms while also reclaiming our identity. This conversation for me, was such a huge reminder that our best parenting comes from being our full selves and sharing that with our children (and our inner children). At the end, we talk about cultivating safety from within. External safety is never a guarantee.

You’ll hear a personal voice note from Nic identifying how even our relationship to the not-self is vastly different, which for me was a lesson in receptivity and openness and leadership. The whole thing was just AMAZING.

In this impromptu episode, I muse on the significance of pulling the card “Unbroken Bones” (hexagram 45) and my body’s call for sovereignty in community. Complexity is hard to learn to carry. It’s a skill of internal nervous system regulation, and it’s a spiral. Ever evolving.

How can I continue to show up in community while prioritizing my need for sovereignty?

These musings really reminded me to get back into my body. To honor my physical body’s needs first before being able to engage creatively with others in the ways that I am feeling called to do.
