💥WARNING💥 -i cry in this podcast so if you don’t like that…fuck off:)

I’ve had sooo many instances where I record a pod ep and break down crying due to the fact that I’m just very emotional, the moment i start crying I scrap the podcast because i don’t think people will want to hear some dude crying. And i understand.

I just don’t care  anymore. People who Can relate,will. And others will judge. That’s fine. 

I finally decided it was time to upload one. And it felt great to post clips on tiktok and receive comments about people who are/have gone through it and it feels amazing to know we’re not alone.
