In this episode, I want to talk about the struggles of realizing that my father was never shown love, and as a result, he never learned how to express love. Growing up, I always felt like my father was distant and unemotional. He never showed affection or told me he loved me. I used to think there was something wrong with me, or that I didn't deserve his love.
But as I got older, I began to understand that my father's lack of emotional connection wasn't my fault. He grew up in a household where love was never shown or expressed. His parents were cold and distant, and they never gave him the love and support he needed. As a result, my father never learned how to show love, and he struggled to connect with me and my siblings on an emotional level.
At first, this realization was difficult for me to accept. I felt angry and hurt that my father was unable to express love and affection. But over time, I've come to understand that it's not his fault. He never had a role model for how to show love, and he's had to learn on his own.
And I'm proud to say that my father has come a long way. He's made an effort to show his love and affection for me and my siblings, and he's become more open and emotional. It hasn't been easy for him, but he's made great strides in learning how to express love and connection.
In this episode, I want to share my story and the struggles of realizing that my father wasn't shown love, and how he's been working to overcome this challenge. I hope that by sharing my story, others will be able to learn from my experience and find strength and hope in their own lives.
