दिवसाची सुरुवात उत्साहात होते – आज हे करायचं… ते करायचं… पण संध्याकाळी लिस्टकडे बघून वाटतं – ‘अरे हे राहिलं… ते राहिलं…’आणि मग guilt! आणि मग दूसरा दिवस उजाडे पर्यन्त तोच विचार।
हयावर उपाय- तिला मार्गदर्शक म्हणून बघा , न्यायाधीश म्हणून नाही. To-Do List’ कधी ‘Pressure List’ होते… आणि कधी नकळतच ‘Stress List’! ह्या बाबतीत आपण आज बोलणार आहोत।
Do you ever feel like your To-Do List, instead of being useful, is actually adding to your mental stress?
The day starts with enthusiasm – "I want to do this… and that too…" But by evening, when you look at the list, you feel – "Oh no, I missed this… and that too…" And then comes the guilt! And that thought stays until the next day begins.
What’s the solution?
Look at the list as a guide, not as a judge.
A To-Do List sometimes turns into a Pressure List… and without even realizing, into a Stress List!
