y’all, when I tell you i am utterly embarrassed from my screen time this week… there are no other words to express my disbelief. 

in todays episode, i address how my generation, gen-z, has turned the follow button into a standard, meaning when you meet someone new it is almost expected that you are suppose to connect with them on social media. 

likewise there’s this unspoken notion that when un-following someone it’s seen as a big f u.
