We just found out tonight that our beautiful neighbor Peggy passed... With such love and remembrance for her, I'm reflecting on how to live well. Peggy spent her days bright-eyed and visited daily by multiple children - true love, embodied. What does living well mean to you? How do you show loved ones the depth of your love for them? Please show them today, my friend.
If I could tell you ONE last thing before I died, it would be that you're already enough - you have enough light, love, energy, expansion, freedom, passion, and deep fulfillment inside of WHO YOU ALREADY ARE. This energy comes from within you. All the love, all the compassion, everything, it comes from within. You're never disconnected from this stream of infinite love. There's simply no external circumstance that will re-align for you to feel these attributes of who you already are...they're already there.
You get to be the "Hero in the mirror.”
That means, like Simba from the Lion King, you must "remember who you are."
Again, there's not one thing to alter or improve in order for you to be worthy (no 6-pack, or PhD, or anything).
I wanted to remind you of that today and always because I had forgotten it myself.
