In today's episode, we discuss the wife and her role of submission to her husband with our special guest and friend, Jessica Anderson. We discuss why submission is seen as a bad thing and chat some about the husband's role towards the wife as well. Lastly, we discuss some examples the wife can set when submitting to her husband. And, of course, where we see the love of Christ throughout the text.

Welcome back to part 2. We pick up with verse 8 of chapter 5 where we talk about walking in light, wisdom, and we touch on submission.

Welcome back to part 2 of our study. We pick back up with verse 28 with the list that Paul left for us. We also learned something about the Holy Spirit. Tell us, where do you see the love of Christ?

What a treat - we have a guest with us today! Ingrid helps us in our study of chapter 4, starting in verse 17. Paul is reminding and reassuring us through his letter to the Ephesians that we must put away our "old self" - our old lives before Christ and to put on the new self of righteousness and holiness. We tackle the list that Paul offers, starting in verse 25, of how to put off the old man and why. 

In today's episode, we will be discussing grace but from another angle. We will also dig into the gifts that Christians have received from Christ to help further the Kingdom of God and answer the question, "Does everyone come equipped to contribute to the body of Christ?"

As the prisoner for the Lord continues his letter to the Ephesian church, Paul is emphasizing peace and unity. This episode is about practical applications, the bond of peace, the seven ones. Where is the love of Christ in this?

Here, we get to "listen in" on Paul's prayer. We talk about the four things he prays about for the Ephesian congregation. We see God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit and how each of Them is so vital to the lives of Christians.

Paul reveals the mystery of Christ. In this section of the Ephesian letter, we are getting into the "why" of the mystery. What is the plan of the mystery that includes unsearchable riches? Join us as we learn from the Lord through Paul's letter.
