It has been such a humbling experience bringing to you two seasons of Conversaciones Con Colegas. In this season finale we reflect on our journey as leaders of LatinXChange, the leaders we admire, the qualities we want to grow in and the integral part community, collaboration, conversation and advocacy have played in our growth and development this past year.

Our hope and vision for our podcast is still to elevate the voices and needs of educators and students, especially those voices which are often silenced or overlooked.
