We are celebrating the miracle of the incarnation through our teaching series: Love Came Down. Christ leaving His privileges of Godhood behind and becoming human was one of the most humble and loving acts in history. Using John’s prologue as a backdrop, we will spend this advent season meditating on different aspects of what it means in our lives that Christ came down in love in the form of a helpless baby to carry out God’s plan of salvation. In today’s sermon, we look at how the advent was the beginning of God’s plan to invite us into His family as sons and daughters. No matter what else is happening in our lives this holiday season, we can know that we are loved and that we have a family!
