Hi Storytelling friends, It’s your favorite chuga chuga chu chuuuu storytelling train. Making #ANODABANGA #Eeeeeppppic stop! Lemme tell you a short story so you understand my excitement . In film school, we were being taught how to do music videos and all the directing students had the freedom to choose which songs to shoot. Yours truly at the time basically listened to Classical music, Yanni, Youssou Ndour, Angélique Kidjo and Salif Keita Official Fan Page. But you all know which one I chose to do my music video on right?? Hehe… anyway my classmate, The extraordinary Rita Safowaa Karikari-Prempeh chose the indefatigable (Didn’t know it then) Ben Brako’s song Mawei. And omg! What imagery! What creativity! During student screening, I was instantly blown away and proceeded to just binge listen to his songs! Let me tell you, when they tell you to throw your dreams forward, DO IT!!! I have always had M’wofa Ben Brako (You know I gotta give him a name na ) on my wish list. And inside of 2 days, TWOOO DAYS!!! Any3mi I was talking to #THELEGEND like we’d known each other forever! Yhup! Get you an uncle Fisho for #Powerintros like this one. Eiiiiish! Ayam shocked mpo. You issokay, If you know, you know!!! The stories this #AfricanGiant is poised to share on Tuesday nu eh!!! I beg don’t miss!!! And also, it took close to 20 years after film school to have the honor of speaking with him b333333333t ….
