to put it plainly, because no one else will, i dont think there needs to be a population boom of black americans it would be a manufactured population boom. it would not be organic. if you look at americans throughout history, you will see that people dont look the same from when the country started to now , even in the caucasian world, there are caucasian people from, just for example, from the 1950s , where it appears their dna doesnt show up anywhere today in modern america. like they were a tribe, and they went extinct. im not sure why people stop showing up but even in america, people who looked one way 70 years ago dont show up in modern day anymore.
