Last week’s major snowstorm pummeled the entire northeast region of the country, including the city of Boston. As has been the practice for many years, residents who shoveled out parking spaces in the immediate aftermath took advantage of the space saver tradition and marked their territory. But now, a week after the storm has passed, some folks are still trying to save their space, and even threatening drivers that dare to park in them. Do you think it’s time for Boston to do away with the time-honored tradition of space savers? Or should we be more respectful of the time and work it takes to shovel out a space?
