Hello my sweet, beautiful souls! Welcome back to the podcast! Today's episode is all about the addiction to being busy/productive and how this usually comes from fear of the future! I know for myself, whenever I feel most overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain, I tend to try to distract myself with a long 'to do' list and while there is nothing wrong with being productive and motivated, our bodies need rest, relaxation, and freedom to just reset!
