This one was a fun one but I did cry at least three times in it HAHA. Walking into new & unexpected seasons where two things are true at once is kind of confusing but also beautiful! There are so many different people throughout the Bible that live this feeling by example that we can look to. You’re not alone this holiday season AND God is with you as you navigate joy IN chaos, mourning AND growth, and all the feelings that come with the unknown!

If you’re anything like me - you FEEEEELLL your feelings. But just because you feel one way doesn’t mean that’s who you are. Our feelings are a gift from God but that doesn’t mean they have to run us. Today’s convo is all about what to do when we feel some type of way!

Sometimes it’s hard to walk into a room & not put thought bubbles over people’s heads. Especially when you’re in your own head - worried about what everyone is thinking! We’ve all been there, afraid that people won’t understand where we’re coming from. My sweet friend, Destiny shared her story with us & gave us some biblical wisdom to understand that the Lord sees our heart & wants to walk through every weird & unkind thought with us.

Sometimes we get in our own way because of the thought bubbles we put over other people’s heads! Overthinking the biggest & smallest things sucks. The Bible tells us that Jesus gives us a SOUND mind. That means peace & stability…not chaos & overthinking. One of my favorite ladies ever sat down with me today & gave some of the best wisdom in this area!

We’ve all been there before, discouraged & like what the heck is going on Lord??? You’re not alone. But there can be joy in the disappointment! And if you have your eyes on the right thing, it’s never time wasted.

Everyone has a different experience when it comes to love, and sometimes that taints how we experience and accept God's love. Let's talk about it, because what's true is...God loves us so so so much!
