The Red Sox opened a four game series from Fenway Park against division rivals, the Toronto Blue Jays. Boston was putrid against the Jays in '22 only going 3-16. Alex Verdugo opened the series with a walk-off blast, his third walk-off hit this season and sixth since 2021. Alex Verdugo is quickly becoming the King of the Walk-Off.

WooSox lefty Brandon Walter chats with Andrew Parker in the clubhouse about the great state of Delaware! Walter is a Deleware native and Andrew was going to vacation there for the weekend, they talk some hot spots and beaches. Plus the two go over an earlier start featuring Walter and adjustments he's made this year after an injury plagued 2022.

This episode features the audio of James Paxton following his rehab start with the WooSox from Polar Park. The southpaw threw 3 1/3 innings, allowing four hits and two walks, giving up two earned runs, while striking out six batters. The Canadian native threw 70 pitches, 47 for strikes while seeing his fastball top out at 97 mph during the start. Paxton will pitch in relief for the WooSox in his next appearance.

Following Brayan Bello's second rehab start with the WooSox, the 23-year-old righty met with the media, including Beyond the Monster to go over his outing. Bello had a translator, Jesus Quinonez of Telemundo that relayed the questions over, Bello answered questions from MassLive, the Boston Herald and Beyond the Monster.

Following the WooSox first loss of the 2023 season, we spoke with catcher Caleb Hamilton postgame with other members of the media. Caleb talks about competing with Jorge Alfaro, David Ortiz, being around Jason Varitek and what the WooSox are using as part of their home run celebration this season.

During the WooSox Opening Series homestead, Andrew Parker was able to catch up with left-handed reliever Joe Jacques. The two talked about a new pitch Jacques added to his pitching arsenal for the 2023 season.

The Red Sox home stand didn't exactly go to plan, the Red Sox finished 2-4, including being swept by the Pirates. The guys are joined by Ohio Red Sox (Twitter) and talk about how he grew up a Sox fan in Ohio and if he's ever made the trip to Fenway Park. We look at the Orioles series and the starting pitching. We also talk about the how the fans in the Green Monster seats refused to give Masataka Yoshida his first home run ball back and more.

The Pittsburgh Pirates came into Fenway Park and sweep the Red Sox in three games. We talk about the entire series with our guest Gary Morgan Jr. of the Pirates Fan Forum Podcast. In addition, we talk about the emergence of Mitch Keller and Roansy Contreras and other key Pirates prospects coming up in the system. We ask Gary if he thinks the Pirates and Bryan Reynolds will get a contract extension done and who might be the next Pittsburgh star to get paid and more.

We spoke with Bobby Dalbec down at Polar Park during the WooSox Opening Weekend and chatted about his latest spring training. Dalbec told us that he was trying to raise his ceiling as a hitter this offseason. He also talked about his new found versatility in the infield and maybe soon the outfield. Lastly, we chatted about a moment this spring when he was able to play catch and field grounders and fly balls with Dustin Pedroia and his sons.
