It is nearly the end of the year. How was 2019 for you ?
I imagine a lot of things have happened to all of you. For me, this year had a lot of changes in life. I have made some big decisions, such as living in France for one year.
As much importance it has to set a new target for the next year, I thought it would be equally important as well as a lot of fun to look back on what we have set ourselves to achieve at the start of 2019.
In today's episode, I will share some of the things I set myself as a target at the start of this year and make a comment on how I did.
I hope 2019 was a great year for all of you and I wish you all a very happy new year !
Let's make 2020 even more enjoyable and fruitful altogether :)

Keeping high motivation is tricky. At least to me, it is quite common to have these 2 following phases alternately : being highly motivated and having absolutely no willingness to put in the work.
So the question is "How are we able to bring back our motivations when we are feeling low ?" or "How can we keep our motivations high up ?"
In today's episode, I have shared my story of what has happened during my trip to Bordeaux this week, which taught me the answer to this question.
I hope you will have fun listening to this episode !
