In this episode we break down each Club Officer role and discuss why it’s important. Club Officers are a club’s foundation. There are many resources, tools, and training opportunities to ensure the board is ready to serve as a strong guide for the members. If you are apprehensive about serving, take a listen and consider the support and guidance that is at your fingertips. Jumping into leadership is rewarding on so many levels. I encourage everyone to jump in a challenge yourself.

In this episode we journey through Toastmasters’ Moments of Truth exercise. This is a valuable tool for clubs to use to self evaluate themselves and determine where there are opportunities for improvement. This exercise creates a wonderful platform for club members to brainstorm and determine what they may want to change or incorporate so members and guests are getting a premier experience.
