A Civil Routine Call with a Commercial Property Manager— Recorded 15 April 2021 with ear buds in. 
In the interest of privacy and discretion, I dropped no specific names or addresses. 

A 24 hour stomach bug kept me in bed for one day in February… but the neurons were still firing and sentences could still be uttered.  Advice for all. 

A wonderful  chat with a freelance radio host with Tourette’s from Dallas. In order to turn the microphone toward the interviewee, his questions to me  deliberately cannot be heard by listeners.  I was in Denver and he was in Dallas in the 1st of a 3 part conversation . Recorded May 2021.
