Wanting to GTFO of a toxic situation but feel worried about how hard it will be? I hope this episode provides some comfort, I got you guys to send in your best advice for anyone wanting to leave, or who has just left, a toxic situation. I also go into a few more signs of toxicity in a relationship and discuss the importance of recognising and working on toxic traits that exist in your own behaviour.

In this episode I was also going to discuss wanting to stay and work on a relationship or friendship that is toxic by sharing my own story with Sav, however when she joined me to record we ended up chatting for over an hour and got more vulnerable and emotional than we thought we would.
