Today I watched The Amazing Race 27 episode 10 "Bring the Fun, Baby!" This leg didn't look like any fun, and looked like possibly the most stressful leg of the race yet!

Today I (Maggie is away this week!) watched AMC’s The Walking Dead Season 6 Episode 7 “Heads Up.”

In this episode I talk about what happened in this episode, and what we might expect to see in the mid-season finale based on what happens in the comic books!

Today I watched Survivor: Cambodia - Second Chance episode 10 "Like Selling Your Soul to the Devil" which was filled with rain, rain, more rain, and a brutal game of basket brawl! It's the first of two episodes this week, stay tuned for the recap of episode 11!

Today I watched Jurassic World directed by Colin Trevorrow and starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and Ty Simpkins. I loved it overall though the first twenty minutes had me worried it was going to be awful. For future viewings I will probably skip ahead to the first appearance of Jake Johnson and Lauren Lapkus in the control room.

Sort of spoilers, here are some of my favorite moments…

Ridiculously violent pterodactyl death

Dramatic shirt tucking

End battle

Repeated sudden deaths and subversion of cliche moments

I could probably do a half hour episode or longer after I see it again… So I’ll be back when it comes out on Blu-ray!

Edit: 9/25/2015
Well I’m back with more about Jurassic World! Not quite a half hour, but I get a bit deeper into the movie and talk about my theory of what’s really going on in Jurassic World.

Today I watched Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp created by Michael Showalter and David Wain. It’s awesome. Go watch it (but watch the 2001 film first)
