Today I watched A Single Shot directed by David M. Rosenthal and starring Sam Rockwell, Jeffrey Wright, Kelly Reilly.
This film reminded me of A Simple Plan for some reason, possibly because it has such a similar title with exactly the same number of letters. I haven’t seen A Simple Plan in a long time so I’m not sure if it’s an accurate comparison otherwise.

April 19, 2015 Movie Review: Laggies (2014)
Today I watched Laggies directed by Lynn Shelton and starring Keira Knightley, Chloë Grace Moretz and Sam Rockwell.
Things I should mention… I knew nothing about this film other than seeing the poster and reading about one sentence of the synopsis. All you need to get me to see a movie are one of the following names: Sam Rockwell or Jason Statham. No further explanation necessary.
Also, spoilers ahoy… When Keira’s character leaves for her conference, I half expected her to go visit a waterpark instead where she would meet an unlikely mentor and a new job.
