PTSD ended YESTERDAY (yes, it's a song, but I couldn't hear it) Luckily, my guitar was tuned by someone who is a very very very big fan and they popped up, & guess what? Their trauma drama rama is gone. Geez. The things people do to each other and let's start with the parents & the complaints & the women.
I met a woman in college riding a bus in Chicago. She was smiling & just staring & I decided to ask her why.
Numbers in seCUREd.
Getting out the house seCUREd.
Suicide GONE (last episode | BEGAN ~5 weeks ago; 1-3x/day; 4-6x/week) | prompting event, asked to show up within 1.5 hours, using email to communicate and relived me dropping everything to support "friends" and them using the words. The last one---was a doozy---she was ghosted. I thought it was an s/a given the WORDS/EMOTION on the phone)
Sharing websites containing words (whatever bubbles up) connected to images (to remove non-consent) & videos that was prolonged exposure therapy (2 years creating before neuropsychologist Woosen Song, UIC, let me know, "ohhh, this is what you're doing. You need a trauma specific program") and a conversation about what PE or PET is that made me realize, ok. I hear you. "Just keep doing what you're doing."
Going back to that trauma program in Chicago that imho doesn't exist without taking care of loved ones, fully holistic, research-based facilitated by individuals who have desire, knowledge, or simply REAL CARE.
The most frequent phrase I hear with those in suicidal situations is, "NO ONE CARES" & why my life has been guided by ensuring others have undeniable evidence that I CARE. My words, my actions & unwavering reminder that I'm the same person in every environment so just replicate it one time LIVE. That's what I'm doing so my support team is what I wrote, what I said & the www to be the timestamp in progress monitoring.
