Call of Duty Modern Warfare is getting another mid-season refresh, which includes new playlists, bundles, and modes in multiplayer and Warzone. Check out the new multiplayer map Hard Hat and the new 2V2 Map Aisle 9. [in 0519]

Next, World of Warships: Legends May Update just dropped. The update includes a new end-game system, new campaign, the Russian battleship tech tree, and Legendary tier ships.

Also getting an update is Civilization 6. The New Frontier Pass adds eight new civilizations, nine leaders, and six new game modes. The six included DLC packs will be delivered every other month now through March 2021.

Finally, Super Striker League just launched in Roblox. Lace up your cleats and experience the action-packed soccer insanity with your friends!

This week we’re celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Pac-Man, one of the most iconic video games of all time. Pac-Man has appeared on virtually every gaming platform over the last 30 years, and you can play it today on Xbox One with PAC-MAN CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION 2. You may notice some new features, like 3D graphics, multiple game modes, new music, and more.

Next, Minecraft Dungeons launches on May 26th. Fight your way through an all-new action-adventure game, inspired by classic dungeon crawlers and set in the Minecraft universe. Up to four friends can play together, or you can brave the dungeons alone.

Did you know? You can capture longer game clips on your Xbox One if you capture to external storage. All you need to do is plug in a USB 3.0 storage device, then visit system, settings, preference, then capture and share. From here, select capture location, then choose the destination for your game clips and screen shots.

Now you can plug the storage device right into your PC and edit your clips with your favorite editing software.

It’s the 15th of May. 

This week Halo 2: Anniversary was added to Halo: The Master Chief Collection on PC. With native mouse and keyboard support and 4K and 60FPS graphics, you can experience the campaign like never before. There are also 7 remastered multiplayer maps from Halo 2: Anniversary and 25 multiplayer maps from the original Halo 2. Halo: The Master Chief Collection is available via Microsoft Store, Steam, or with Xbox Game Pass for PC.

In addition to Halo 2: Anniversary, Xbox Game Pass for PC also added Endless Legend, a 4x turn-based fantasy strategy game. You’ll control every aspect of your civilization as you build, progress, research, and choose whether to use force or diplomacy to expand your reach.

Also added for PC and Console is Final Fantasy IX, an adventure RPG that will introduce you to a broad cast of characters and set you on a memorable journey.

The second half of May’s Games With Gold will be available on May 16th. Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can download Warhammer 40,000 Inquisitor – Martyr for Xbox One, and Overlord II for Xbox One and Xbox 360. And don’t forget, you can still get V-Rally 4 through the end of May.

Xbox Game Preview title Deep Rock Galactic launched into full 1.0 status this week. This 4-player co-op sci-fi adventure will have you venture deep into the earth as Gunner, Scout, Driller, or Engineer in search of valuable resources, but watch out! There are some truly dangerous creatures in the caves.

Next, FIFA 20 just dropped in the EA Access Vault. EA Access members can now play the Frostbite-driven football experience, with the all-new and supremely fun street Volta game mode as well as FIFA Ultimate Team.

Apex Legends Season 5 kicked off this week with the addition of new legend Loba. She’s a talented thief with the ability to teleport, and the passive ability to see epic and legendary loot through walls. Her ultimate ability is a portable device that teleports nearby loot to your inventory. Season 5 also adds a brand-new battle pass and a new season quest titled Broken Ghost.

Elite Dangerous is testing out Fleet Carriers, now through May 26th. This beta adds the Fleet Carrier megaship, with a jump range of 500 light years and a 5 billion credit cost. For commanders without the enormous fortune to buy one, you can land on other player’s carriers and prepare to jump.
