One of the biggest errors we make in life is misusage, we misuse the moments and opportunities that arise in our lives. Sometimes we have to have foresight and know that we will need certain information for the moments that are upheld so listen and learn when failure doesn't cost you a lot. Cease the need to lead before the appointed time. Unless forced into position take heed to information while being a student is assessable because when it's time to guide the orchestra you will not have time to read the manual and complete the task at a high level, the distractions behind your back will interrupt your focus. Lead with standards, strive for excellence and that when its your turn someone will watch and sit in your seat. Be prepared..... 

No middle grounds part 2, the constituent! Often this person is mistaken for the confidant because you tend to share so many ideals, passions and even circumstances but these individuals aren't into you but into the mission or cause that you share.
