Even though this episode has nothing to do with cooking or deforestation--we needed to call it this. Why? Well, as you all know, we are not audio engineers and we are trying every trick the Internet has to give us a better sounding podcast. This week, although the subject matter is fascinating, the audio is not...It took Kris all day and night of chopping and splicing to get this...if we went back to prehistoric times they would say, "topic, good. Audio, bad". But, we tried and definitely think it's worth a listen!
