Godly leaders have two responsibilities, 1. To model obedient behavior and 2. Address sin in the camp which threatens the blessing of God.

Are you a leader or a follower?  One is not better than the other, but different.  And if one of them is in the wrong slot, they can frustrate a lot of other people.
