God wants us to trust Him even before we can see a visible sign; he wants us to act on our faith.  For us it should be "believing is seeing."

Early in my ministry I heard people say to me, “Bill, you can win most of the battles and yet lose the war.”  Just because you win a few battles does not mean that you win the war and conversely, you can lose a number of battles and still win the war. Helping each other is what mountain climbers are supposed to do.  All of us are faced with the options of looking out for #1 or risking inconveniences and delays to help others.

The end of a movie always gives a list of those who have been involved in the production of the film.  We need to leave room at the end of our accomplishments to list those who have helped us.

Learning to live within our income and placing less importance and value on material possessions will go a long way in maintaining a family's financial stability.

You may feel like that fourth string player and think you may never get in the game, however, it is amazing the way opportunity comes to those who are prepared.

Leadership is not easy.   To find a flock that is contented enough to be in the pattern and honk out their affirmation and encouragement is indeed a blessing.
