We often want to change the world when we really need to focus on changing us.

Political purges seldom work.  People revolt against the spirit which created the purge.  A new faith takes over.

Our actions can change our feelings.  When we get in motion, it can change our emotions.

Integrity has to do with character, principle and honesty.  Integrity refuses to play loose with truth.
