I don't know about you but there are certainly days when I feel discouraged; in Psalm 42 verse 5, it says, "Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad?" I can certainly relate to that... "I will put my hope in God. I will praise Him again my Savior and my God."

We got to stop carrying the weight, you know?

There's so many times that we want to pick things back up that we've given over to God and it's heavy. It's a weight that we should not be carrying, right? We are strong just the way that God created us; our bodies are incredible. We can do incredible things, but when we're talking about spiritual weight, we can't carry that friends. That's why in Matthew 11:28 through 30 Jesus says, "Come to me all you who are weary and heavy laden, or heavy burdened or carrying some stuff around. and I will give you rest."
