Good morning, Tampa Bay! I'm your friendly neighborhood meteorologist with today's weather rundown.

Buckle up for a sun-sational day ahead! We're looking at bright, clear skies with temperatures climbing to a delightful 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Those gentle winds will start calm and then drift west at around 5 to 7 miles per hour in the afternoon - perfect for enjoying some outdoor time.

Tonight, expect partly cloudy conditions with temperatures dipping to a cool 59 degrees Fahrenheit. A light northwest breeze will be keeping things comfortable.

Looking ahead to Friday, we're continuing our sunny streak with temperatures near 76 degrees Fahrenheit. The wind will play musical chairs, starting from the north and then shifting to the northwest as the day progresses.

The weekend is shaping up to be absolutely gorgeous. Saturday and Sunday both promise mostly sunny skies with temperatures hovering around 75 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Light breezes will accompany these picture-perfect days.

By Monday, we'll see temperatures climbing back to 78 degrees Fahrenheit with an east wind around 7 miles per hour. Tuesday looks even warmer, pushing close to 82 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wednesday might bring a bit of excitement with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, so keep an eye on those skies!
