It's a Golden Gopher Thursday with Mike Grimm joining Todd. He talks about the start of camp. How the "salary structure" works these days in college athletics. What did Grimmer think of the Twins trade deadline moves.

Todd makes his weekly appearance on The Al Travis Show, which airs weekdays from 1-4pm on KWLM. Al proclaims "baseball is dead!" After seeing Tarik Skubal traded to the Dodgers. Todd says hold on a minute, but if we don't have baseball a year from now due to a strike/lockout, then he might agree. Al is back on the Twins bandwagon, did they do enough at the deadline. Who really is winning the QB battle for the Vikings, and what do the snap counts really mean?

Greg Snow joins Todd from The 371 Diner in Baxter, MN where he is playing in an event at The Preserve. Botrh guys express appreciation for all the hard work put in by the crew and members at Hawk Creek to get The Hawk Invite played on Saturday. Todd is playing The Oakdale Invitational this weekend. So is Shawn and other top players. Mike Knodel does a great job with the golf course down there. The Twins were actual buyers at the deadline, and no Greg, Pablo Lopez won't be back this year.

It's a Stingers Tuesday with Manager Freddy Smith joining Todd from Dickinson, ND, the home of the Badlands Big Sticks. They talk about the chase for a second half division title with just five games left on the schedule.

Shawn Bohlsen joins Todd and they recap The Hawk Invite, and encourage players to sign up for the Oakdale Invitational this weekend. The Twins have made a couple trades, but they've been shopping in the bargain bin. Shawn's son Kaden played in a pro 3-on-3 league this summer, find it on Youtube at 3ice.

Looks like a rising star. Todd is hoping LIV Golf collapses soon and players start the process of returning to the PGA Tour. Jeff just wants the whole saga over. Al tried to bury the Twins last week, now he likes them. Todd calls him out. Al does not want an expansion to 24 teams for the CFP. Neither does Todd, but it would get rid of the conference playoff games, that's a good thing.
