Jeff Asche joins Todd and they look ahead to big events in sports that come during the spring, like The Masters and the Kentucky Derby. The Final Four this weekend.

It's a Golden Gopher Thursday with Mike Grimm joining Todd. The Gophers lost in the opening round of The College Basketball Crown Tournament on the Fox Sports Networks. Grimmer joins Todd from Las Vegas. Todd asks Mike if he hears from fans that don't like the college game as well because of all the recent rules. Grimmer and Todd both had Michigan as their champions in their brackets, no reason to back off now.

Greg Snow joins Todd who is now at Todd & Friends desert studios in Surprise, AZ. Talks relays a story of wanting to play golf at the end of his 3 day drive by stopping in Sedona. The weather had been perfect all the way across America, until... Greg is somewhat discouraged by all the money in college basketball now, and thinks any true "cinderella stories," are gone for good. Todd thinks the NIL has pushed talent toward the top teams, but that has created some great games. Both guys think Niko Medved will get the Gophers back to at least respectability. Did KOC let it slip that Kyler Murray is in fact the starting QB?

Jeff Asche joins Todd and tey talk about an early golf season. Jeff is a baseball guy at heart and watched the Twins opener in Baltimore. He and Todd were both struck by how few established Major League hitters wrere in the lineup. Who on the Twins would make the Yankees roster, let alone start. It's a very short list. How much larger is the Dodgers payroll than the twins. It's mind blowing. Great Men's and Women's hoops tournaments.

He is going to Las Vegas to cover the Gopher men's basketball team in the Crown Invitational next week. The Gopher owmen have a tall task in front of them in UCLA in the Sweet 16.

Greg Snow joins Todd from the upstairs clubhouse at Eagle Creek Golf Club. They are changing their set-up this year and he explains what golfers will need to do this season. The guys enjoyed watching Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau battle for the LIV Golf title. They will be in contention at The Masters in two weeks. Gopher women's season has Greg thinking about Lindsey Whalen. Will Ant learn anything watching the Wolves play without him.

Todd makes his weekly appearence on The Al Travis Show. Todd tries to get Al fired up about the Twins season. Watch for young players getting better, rather than contending for a title. Al compares his high school dating experience to the Timberwolves, huh?

It's a Timberwolves Tuesday with Alan Horton joining Todd. Alan talks about the Wolves tracking to a similar regular season to last year, inconsistent. They need to finish top 6 in the West, but seeding beyond that isn't too important. How will the Wolves adapt when Edwards returns to the lineup.
