Compartmentalizing can have an uncomfortable feel, although we all agree that there are times when we need to set something aside to focus on something else. In this episode, the discussion is on ways to reframe compartmentalizing so that all the parts of ourselves feel respected and cared for.

Many of us parent in a way that is not sustainable for us. This is an analogy of parenting underwater and what it takes to make sure that you are prepared and nurtured as a parent so that you can stay underwater and enjoy the swim (at least sometimes).
