Of all the things I've tried to accomplish in residential real estate, building a successful team has been the most challenging. A team where everyone is happy, everyone is producing, and it's a beneficial relationship for all involved from the admins on up.

Erin Hickman and I have built a very strong team of 8 agents and 3 admins ($57 million closed and in title through April of 2022) but it's taken us ten years to do it. We're going to talk about some of the things we try to do and some of the mistakes we've made along the way.
