Founder Tom Cliffe talks about the journey that led him to create Track nn and the work of the social enterprise in supporting autistic people to access employment.

He describes the consultancy service they provide for organisations that includes work place audits and advice about job descriptions.

Tom also tells us about CafeTrack, where students work during the day to gain crucial skills to help them find employment and how they've been affected by the COVID-19 restrictions.
