Tom is the High Performance Manager at English Championship club Ealing Trailfinders. He has previous experience over the last 15 years in working with Wasps, Connacht, the IRFU and Bristol  in various S&C and fitness roles. His current role at Ealing has him overseeing all S&C, Sports Science, Medical, Analysis and Nutritional services - all to improve on-field performance.
