Ben Pegna began his career in sport as a rugby player, from playing 7s as part of the England national team to representing Saracens in the 15 man game. 

Since retiring as a player, Ben has coached at academy level for London Scottish and Wasps and was part of the England 7s management team.   

Since 2014, Ben has consulted with the WRU, Argentina Rugby, the Bulls and Melbourne Rebels in Super Rugby. 

In amongst his sports charity work, Ben also worked as a Director at Pacific Islands Player Welfare.

Nowadays, Ben focus’ on his role as a General Manager in the corporate world, as well as coaching at school and amateur level.

Tom has worked with teams and individuals at the highest level of professional sport.  Providing psychological support to organisations and individuals from the world of  rugby union, football, boxing, rallying track & field and golf. Most recently he's been part of the coaching team to European golfer Tommy Fleetwood and worked as a consultant to St Helen's Rugby League, the Belgian national team ahead of the world cup in Russia and the victorious  European Ryder Cup Team in Paris 2018. Tom is also the author of the critically acclaimed book 'The Making of a Leader'

Chris is a well known face around high performance circles in English football. He's spent 15 years working with teams like Preston North End, Middlesbrough, Manchester City and most recently Blackburn Rovers as their head of athletic performance. Chris now works in football as a consultant and an advisor.

Tom is the High Performance Manager at English Championship club Ealing Trailfinders. He has previous experience over the last 15 years in working with Wasps, Connacht, the IRFU and Bristol  in various S&C and fitness roles. His current role at Ealing has him overseeing all S&C, Sports Science, Medical, Analysis and Nutritional services - all to improve on-field performance.

James J Claffey is a global sport, exercise and performance psychology consultant. 

He’s has been a lecturer in sport and exercise psychology for the past 12 years, and has worked with Irish international soccer and rugby players. He’s also worked comprehensively with GAA (football and hurling) clubs for over 15 years at all levels. 
In the business arena James has provided organisational psychology workshops for the likes of Facebook and Google. 
  
Alan Byrne is a Sport and Exercise Scientist with an MSc in teaching and learning. He;’s a certified strength and conditioning specialist and is currently DOC at Lourdes Celtic football club and lecturer in Sports Sciences. He’s got 20 years experience coaching in multiple field based evasion sports including UK,  Ireland and US collegiate athletes.

Shayne Murphy is the founder and director of SDM Performance. He qualified with a first- class honours degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences at the University of Limerick in 2010. He completed his MSc in Sport Science in 2012 and certified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in 2013. Shayne has been working in elite football for over 11 years across first team and academy squads in the Premier League, including Manchester City, Liverpool FC, Blackburn Rovers and Cardiff City. He also spent several years with the Wales National Squads during their international campaigns at U21 level. He currently works with sports people independently and remains a consultant for City Football Group, which is a global football organisation. Shayne recently worked with New York City FC in the US for their pre-season. Shayne is passionate about human movement and training.
