Have you ever wanted to escape? Have you been in a meeting that you just would love to slip away? Have you embarrassed yourself and you would love to crawl under the table? Have you been in a relationship that you feel like you’re trapped in. Well mankind is facing the wrath of God and most don’t even know it. It’s like being on the Titanic. Everything seems fine and it’s smooth sailing. They have no idea that disaster is coming and there will be no escape. There was only one way off the Titanic….a life boat. Thank God for lifeboats!! Noah had one way to survive the flood. The life boat called the ArK!!! There aren’t options ….If you don’t take the lifeboat it’s certain death. God has given us one way to escape His wrath. Most say there are many options to escape God’s wrath. God does not agree!!

Today the world is reeling. Works salvation permeates this world. Cults and false religions are all powered by works equals salvation. Even new agers promise a utopian society to those who have shown the greatest works of tolerance and love toward their fellowman. Socialist claim the salvation of this world is to practice the works of treating others with equality and tolerance. Climate alarmists claim that we must do good WORKs now for the salvation of our planet. Now we believe in rewards for good works. But we cannot be saved from our sins or gain eternal life or save the planet through our good works. Salvation or eternal life or heaven is not a reward for good works….. but a result of meeting the requirements set down by the rule maker. Who makes the rules? If it’s man rules…. then good works will get you to a perfect man made society..….if it’s a perfect God who makes the rules then only perfect works will get you there. But nobody is perfect are they?….so what do we do now?

The president recently announced that he is pulling our military out of Syria. This is unpresidented and a clear path for the nations of Ezekiel 38 to attack Israel and put the events of the Gog-Magog invasion of Israel as described in Ezekiel chapter 38 and 39. Why aren’t pastors and preachers excited about this? Of course…. we don’t want war. We don’t want people to die. But we do want Jesus to come for us to take us to be with Him but we also know that after the rapture the greatest revival in history will break out. 144,000 Jewish evangelists, the two witnesses and the three angels all preaching the everlasting gospel and multitudes that no man can number will be saved! We should be praying…even so come Lord Jesus!! I so excited!!!

Why was Jesus born of a virgin? So He wouldn’t have the curse of sin upon Him. He was all God and all man…but He lacked one thing about man…He didn’t have the sinful or fallen nature. Jesus never fell into sin He came to the earth and became sin for us. He who knew no sin became sin for us. He is not a baby anymore. He is the Son of the living God! Very God Himself!!

You Probably never thought about it but when the angel told Mary that she was going to have a child by the Holy Spirit she immediately began to proclaim a wonderful message about the greatness of God and extolled His blessings upon mankind. (Luke 1:46–55) gets its name, the “Magnificat,” from the Latin word for magnifies. This world today needs Jesus more than anything!! Over 1.3 billion revere Mary. There is a big difference between Jesus and Mary.

Everybody loves a good mystery. It takes you on a journey of suspense, twists and turns trying to figure out “who done it” to surprise at “who really done it.” The Bible is not a mystery book. It does have some elements of a mystery. There is limited knowledge of God in Old Testament.…then God calls Abraham and forms a people and a land whereby God introduces Himself and His requirements through them to the world. God drops ever increasing hints about the one to come throughout the Old testament. And then God makes the big reveal of what the whole Old Testament is about when Jesus appears on the scene in the New Testament. Mystery solved. All creation, all the blood sacrifices for sin, the consummation of the ages is all about…...Jesus! He done it!

Hopelessness is a terrible place to be in. To believe that you have no options but pain and suffering both mentally and physically is a scary thought. Many people are there today. But let me tell you that the word of God offers hope. Hope for the hopeless.

Time is very short. You know the world is clamoring for a Peace treaty between Israel and the Palestinians. After the first of the year Jared Kushner, president Trumps son-in-law will unveal the peace plan he has been working on for two years. President Machron of France says that if President Trump doesn’t come up with a peace treaty….he will!!!

Patrick Henry….”Give me liberty or give me death!” We know the world is divided like never before. You know what they are really divided over? Liberty or equality. Liberty is the right of people to be what they want to be, live where they want to live and be as successful as they can be. Individual liberty! Be what I want to be. Take myself as far as my abilities, hard work and success will take me. Sounds like capitalism to me.

Equality is the right of people to be what everyone else is……. no more or no less. No individual liberty. Sounds like Socialism and Marxism to me.

Intro: Our job is not the grow the church but to make disciples. But there is a great apostasy underway in the church today. False teachers and cults abound. Most every cult came out of a mainline denomination. How does that happen. I think the falling away began in the mid-nineteenth century with the Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses and grown from there.
