I got back from DIA and went for my walk immediately. It was still too hot. I clipped out about a minute and a half from where I was walking and not talking.

I got out early enough so I could get some writing in before I head for my therapist.

Today is my sixth anniversary of becoming a full time self published author.

Lovely, comfortable cold. I shivered when I started. It felt glorious.

I’m cruising and just about to start eating the frog here.

…Of the heat. It’s supposed to be into triple-digits today so I got out extra early.

I was doing a lot of thinking but maybe not so much talking again today.

My brain was going too fast for my mouth to keep up. There are a LOT of boot sounds.

I started to go out at 6 but didn’t make it until almost 8. I was writing.
