I walked more than I talked today. I kept catching myself just walking along.

I really should have gone out at 6. I didn’t have a lot to talk about today.

Another Monday. Another walk. I’m pretty stoked about being back in Home Run finally.

Not that it matters a great deal, but it was a lovely cool, quiet walk today. I’m vaguely troubled that I’m not getting my second mile consistently under 19 minutes any more.
