After starting out early the last few times, today’s start feels like it’s later than I think. Warm and sunny beats cold and rainy, I’ll say that much. I talked almost exclusively about Horizon: Zero Dawn.

I took two days because one just didn’t cut it. My legs are grateful, although I have one calf muscle that doesn’t like me to sleep very long. Two days with Aloy in Horizon Zero Dawn. Much fun.

I really like getting out early. I talked about that, the new ending to Hard Knocks (no spoilers), and being entranced by the new game.

I changed up the day’s routine this morning. It felt good to be out walking the quiet of the morning, cool breeze on my face. I talked about sour dough, games, and the ever present lilacs.
