Another slow walk. I didn’t walk last night but plan to get back in the groove tonight – assuming I don’t have issues.

After two days, I was already feeling the effect of not walking. I got out and took a slow walk around the neighborhood this morning. Not much to talk about.

I was comfy in my jammies and it was chilly outside and my knee hurts and I think I have an infected toe-nail … and … and … I put my boots on and went out. Finally.

We had some issues with errant fire alarms and pestiferous felines over night. I got a late start this morning.

I was out before sunrise this morning. It felt good. I talked about establishing patterns (habits) a lot.

I had a lot to think about that I can’t talk about which made today’s talk a bit more fragmented than normal.

My elder hostage to fortune had four wisdom teeth out this morning. I was designated driver and prescription filler. It’s been a long morning.

It’s not like the weekends matter all that much in this house. Without a 9-5 day job, every day is loose. In spite of that a lifetime of Mondays makes me see them as a kind of new beginning.
