I got out at 6:30 instead of 7:30 today. Much more pleasant.

I was supposed to get out earlier, not later. It was uncomfortable but not as bad as it’s going to be later.

Still not early enough. I may need to get out before breakfast for a few weeks. Or wake up earlier.

I got myself moving … but still wish I’d moved half an hour sooner. I may need to set an alarm.

I was unavoidably detained until it got late. I chose the outdoor heat rather than the treadmill.

With a lot of dogs barking. Not the most restful beginning but I enjoyed it.

No pressing engagements today. A good day to lay back and maybe write a little.

It’s already 80F and my day is shot.

I suspect a lot of why I wasn’t talking yesterday was that dermatologist appointment. Turned out to be nothing but at my age, I’m never sure when something minor will turn into the beginning of The End.

Lots of boot sounds. Not so much mouth sounds.
