First day at 50F this season. Glad I wore I hoodie.

I got out right at sunrise this morning. It was chilly but I dressed for it.

I spent most of yesterday on SFWA business and upgrading the computer that I process the podcast on. Ubuntu 12 -> 14 -> 16 ->18. It was a long day.

I’m having one of those muddy mind days. Over tired. Anxious. Zero focus. I have no idea what I said this morning beyond grumping about my mental state. Sorry. One of those days.

I talked about reviews and sales and an internet troll who apparently really got under my skin yesterday.

I turned the metronome off this morning. Did my meditation and then some Doors before turning on the recorder.
