The woman - the great capital of Babylon - and its world system beast attempts to take over the world and defeat Christ but in the end, there is total and absolute defeat. God! Always! Wins!

Trouble in Paradise for King Xerxes (Ahasuerus) and Queen Vashti.

The bowls or vials pouring out the seven plagues. Are they physical real world problems and afflictions; or plagues of the mind/spirit/soul or a mix of both? They seem directed on the whole earth, particularly against those who don't know God. Can an unbeliever be convicted to go back to God within these plagues? (Could a believer become so jaded and cynical during this time that he stops believing and his heart becomes hardened to listening to the Holy Spirit?). The Battle of Armageddon.

Nehemiah’s Various Reforms

The Song of Moses and the lamb. It is the deliverance song that the saints will sing from the curse of sin. It is the reality (i.e. the anti-type) to the story where the Israelites sing after they have been delivered out of Egypt from Pharaoh's hands (Exodus 15:1-18). This story - true story - I believe is a type (symbol) of what will happen when all of the righteous are delivered out of the spiritual Egypt/Babylon of this world - at the end of the world: from the Pharaoh of this world - which is Satan himself and his ugly demonic hordes henchmen.

A history of the priests and Levites. A dedication of Jerusalem's New Wall. Provisions for temple worship.

The Lamb and the 144,000 with the Father's name written in their forehead (vs. the contrast of a mark/branding of the mark of the Beast in Revelation 13). The Three Angels' warnings. The Harvest and Reaping at the End of the World: a tale of Two Destinies.

The people occupy Jerusalem. (Is it a weak shadowy symbol of the Eternal Righteous occupying and re-populating the New Jerusalem - with King Jesus - as well as the New Earth in Revelation 21, 22).

The land-beast (the world power/leader). The sea-beast (false prophet). Both are powered by Satan's fury who attempts to deceive people Not Written in the Book of Life. The Book of Daniel and the Book of Revelation are linked together: they are prophesy. The Ultimate Anti-Christ. The mark of deception in the forehead (in the mind) or in the hand (in the actions). Many false antichrists down throughout history and in the world now (1 John 2:18,19)

The people vow to recommit themselves back to God. Definitely a lesson for New Covenant Christians to think about and emulate in 2025.
