On the show today Michelle Waring is the Steward for Sustainability and Everyday Good at Tom’s of Maine.  Her work includes the stewardship model (ingredient sourcing and transparency), sustainability efforts, and the Giving for Goodness program (10% of profits to nonprofit organizations). Prior to joining Tom’s of Maine, Michelle has an extensive history working with non-profits including the Natural Resources Defense Council and UNICEF. Michelle shares with us how important being authentic with your impact work.
