Normally when Tony comes onto Studio 1 he’s here to share his culinary knowledge. He specialises in helping people who have lost their sight to regain their confidence in the kitchen - to find their cooking mojo again. 
But this week, Tony is here in a personal capacity. We’re going to reveal the man behind the legend.

Tony shares his experience of navigating the NDIS - Australia’s National Disability Insurance scheme - and gives us some handy tips for overcoming some of the system’s notoriously difficult administrative hurdles.
